What motivated you to join the Fitness for Life development team?
I wanted to help create something meaningful for young people with cerebral palsy just like me. I know how hard it can be to get started with exercise, and I wanted to share my perspective.
What do you hope the impact of this resource will be for other young adults with cerebral palsy?
I hope it helps them feel more empowered to move their bodies in ways that work for them. I want people to feel seen and supported and shows that fitness can be enjoyable.
What is your favourite physical activity to participate in at the moment, and why?
Hydrotherapy is my favourite right now. It’s relaxing on my body but still helps me feel strong and active. Plus, it’s a peaceful way to move.
