What motivated you to join the Fitness for Life development team?
I was excited by the opportunity to create something genuinely useful for young adults with cerebral palsy around physical activity participation.
What really motivated me was the chance to work alongside young people with CP as true partners, knowing that together we could build something practical and empowering.
What do you hope the impact of this resource will be for young adults with cerebral palsy?
I hope young adults with cerebral palsy will see themselves authentically reflected in this resource and feel empowered to explore and pursue physical activities that matter to them.
Beyond individual impact, I hope this resource shows how powerful it is when young people with cerebral palsy lead the creation of resources, and encourages others to work in this way too.
What is your favourite physical activity to participate in at the moment, and why?
I'm happiest when I'm outside, whether that's getting my hands dirty in the garden, exploring local trails on foot, or jogging with Oscar, a Groodle, who's always up for an adventure!
